Home loans across Arizona, with local know-how in Pinal and Maricopa County

Quick answer

I'm a mortgage loan originator based in San Tan Valley, and I help buyers and homeowners anywhere in Arizona. I focus on Pinal County (San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Florence, Maricopa, Casa Grande) and the Maricopa County side of the Valley (Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Phoenix). The county a home sits in changes which down payment programs, tax bills, and USDA options apply.

The rest of Arizona

Tucson, Flagstaff, Prescott, Yuma, Lake Havasu City, and everywhere in between. Statewide programs like Home Plus and every loan type I offer work across Arizona.

Why do Queen Creek and Apache Junction get tricky?

Both towns reach into two counties. A home's mailing city doesn't tell you its county or even its town. Before we lock in a down payment program or estimate taxes, I check the parcel on the county assessor's site.

Subject to eligibility, credit approval, and program guidelines. Programs can change.
